I'm sorry, I don't have any money and my kids and I are bordering on homeless at the moment. But a few things I did to lose weight after both of my kids might help you:
1) Breastfeed-- you said something about formula, so it might be a little late to take that route.
2)Put your baby in the stroller and take nice long walks. Okay, I know it burns calories but more important it'll get you outside and even in bad weather will make you feel better and get you away from the temptation to graze. Your skin will also produce vitamin D which is important in keeping your bones and muscles healthy (healthy muscles burn more calories than unhealthy ones-- even when you're at rest)
3)Buy the best possible fresh and fresh frozen food you can when you can. I'm not talking anything super fancy, no-- wait, yes I am. Better food is actually more filling and will stay with you longer so you'll eat less, feel better, look better and stay healthier.
I wish I had the money to help you financially, baby fat sucks.
